2. Delivery Process (International Standard)
Because our products are designed "custom-made" and delivered to you from our global workshops, our delivery process is managed with boutique precision.

Preparation Time: The production process for personalized products (musical magnets, 3D figures, etc.) takes 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping and Customs: Your products will be shipped via our international logistics network (YunExpress, etc.). All customs duties and fees are covered by Online Gift Bazaar; you will not pay any extra fees upon delivery.

Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered to your address within an average of 8-10 business days after it has been shipped. You will be informed in advance of any potential delays.
3. Payment and Order Tracking
You will receive instant notification on the payment page if a problem occurs in our system.

Confirmation: Once your order is complete, an automated confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provided.

Incorrect Address: We will contact you directly regarding packages that could not be delivered due to errors in your address information.
4. Important: Receiving Your Shipment
If you suspect any packages have been damaged during shipping, open and inspect them in front of the delivery person.

Damage Report: If the product is damaged, have the delivery person fill out a "Damage Report" and do not accept the delivery.
