1. PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS

The web pages on our site and all pages linked to it are owned and operated by ONLINE BIT PAZAAR LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") at www.onlinegiftbazaar.com. For purchases made from Turkey, our business partner Otlu Turizm İnşaat Emlak Tic. San. Ltd. Şti. is authorized to handle payment collection and local operations.

You (the "User") are deemed to accept that you are subject to the following terms when using any of the services offered on the site, and by using and continuing to use the site's services, you confirm that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into a contract under the laws applicable to you, and that you are over the age of 18.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Right to Change: The Company reserves the right to make changes at any time to prices, products offered, and services.
  • Technical Malfunctions: The Company undertakes that the user will benefit from the services without interruption, except in cases of technical malfunctions.

3. SERVICE AND PRODUCT TERMS

  • Personalized Production: Many of the products offered in our store are made to order and personalized. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and copyright of the images and information they share.
  • Logistics and Customs: Products are prepared in our global workshops and shipped through our international logistics network. Stated delivery times are estimates, and the Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

4. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information. Users are solely responsible for the security of their password and account. For transactions made through local payment channels, the transaction amount on the credit card statement may appear as "Otlu Turizm İnşaat Emlak" or "PayTR / OnlineGiftBazaar."

5. FORCE MAJEURE

If obligations become impossible to perform due to force majeure events beyond the parties' control — such as natural disasters, war, infrastructure failures, changes in customs regulations, or epidemics — neither party shall be held responsible.

6. EVIDENTIARY AGREEMENT AND COMPETENT COURT

In the event of any dispute between the parties, the Company's digital records, computer records, and fax records shall be accepted as evidence pursuant to Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. The Antalya (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from the application of this agreement.

7. NOTICES AND CHANGES

The Company may change the terms of this agreement at any time. The current agreement is effective as soon as it is published on the site. All notices will be made via the email address the user provided on their membership form.
